Anchor & Ink Notary provides notarial services, including mobile notarizations, online notarizations, and loan signing services. We are commissioned as a Notary Public in the State of Florida. We do NOT provide legal advice or prepare legal documents. Clients are responsible for ensuring their documents are completed and accurate before notarization.

Online notarizations are performed in compliance with the Florida Online Notary Public Act. All sessions are recorded, and signers must complete identity verification. Not all documents are eligible for online notarizations; clients are responsible for confirming eligibility.

Notary fees are charged in accordance with Florida statutes. Mobile, travel or technology services may incur additional fees. Which will be disclosed before service. Payment is due at the time of notarization unless otherwise agreed.
Late fee will incur after 30 days from last communication date from Anchor & Ink Notary.

Provide valid, government-issued photo identification.
Ensure documents are completed and signed in the presence of the notary when required.
Attend online notarization sessions on time with required technology (camera, microphone, stable internet).

Anchor & Ink Notary is not responsible for the content, legality, or enforceability of any documents. By using our services, you agree that we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of notarized documents.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected for notarization purposes will be stored securely and used solely to complete the notarial act, in compliance with Florida law.

We May update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Anchor & Ink Notary is a business operated by a commissioned Notary Public in the state of Florida. I am not an attorney nor licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. I do not prepare legal documents, provide legal guidance, or advise clients on which notarial act to choose.
Clients are responsible for understanding their documents and ensuring they are complete prior to notarizations. (Not necessarily signed).
VALID Identification must meet the requirements set forth by Florida Law.
Online notarizations are performed in compliance with the Florida Online Notary Public Act and require identity verification, credential analysis, and audio-video recording as mandated by state regulations.
Notarial fees are charged in accordance with Florida statutory limits. Additional travel or convenience fees may apply for mobile services and will be disclosed in advance.
Apostille Submission Assistance is a service offered to assist with notarizing certain documents, being the courier of documents to Florida Department of State - Secretary of State’s office, and getting documents returned to Signer. This service does not provide advice (legal or otherwise) on documents. It also does not approve or certify said documents.
